Three generations of building
ID Builder Construction is a family story — three generations of trade knowledge, carried today by a builder who reads the plans and pulls the permits himself.
Sebastian Suciu founded ID Builder in 2023 to close a gap he'd watched clients fall into for years: the space between design and construction.
Too often, clients get beautiful plans and are then handed off to a general contractor who never met the designer — left to referee the two. Sebastian built ID Builder to close that gap: design, engineering, and construction under one roof, so a client walks one path from napkin sketch to finished home with the same people accountable the whole way.
As a third-generation builder, Sebastian is in the field. He estimates the jobs and manages them. When you hire ID Builder, you talk to the person who priced your project — not a salesperson who disappears after the deposit.
How faith shows up in the work
ID Builder is a faith-led business, and the slogan — Building Blessings — isn't decoration. For us, godly stewardship means honesty and transparency in the parts of construction where most companies hide: the estimate, the schedule, and the change order.
- Transparent, line-itemed pricing — no bait numbers
- A schedule we commit to and honor
- No change-order games; scope is agreed before work
- We treat your home and your money as we'd want ours treated
"And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." — Philippians 4:19

The people on your project
ID Builder is a family-run, faith-led crew that self-performs every trade — carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, concrete, and finish work. The same people you meet on day one are the ones on your site through to the final walkthrough.
No rotating subs, no hand-offs — just an accountable team that treats your home and your budget the way we'd want ours treated.
Credentials, not just claims
Most contractors carry one state license and call it a day. We're licensed in four states and hold the safety, environmental, and design-build certifications that let us self-perform complex, permitted work — and prove it on paper.
