Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We want every homeowner, property owner and trade partner to be able to use this site — including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, or who need larger text and less motion. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we have done

• Semantic headings, landmarks and a logical reading order on every page.
• Full keyboard navigation with visible focus states; the studio’s inspiration drawer closes with Escape.
• Labeled form fields, clear error messages, and buttons with descriptive text.
• Alternative text on project photography and meaningful images.
• Color contrast that meets AA on text and controls, and layouts that reflow on phones without horizontal scrolling.
• Respect for your “reduce motion” setting: the home-page video montage shows stills and the 3D studio camera moves instantly instead of gliding.
• Status regions announce photo uploads, lot lookups and concept rendering to screen readers.

Known limitations

Some parts of the site are inherently visual and we are still improving them:

• The 3D Design Studio model is a visual canvas. Every control that changes it is a standard slider, select or checklist you can operate by keyboard, and a text description of the scene is provided — but orbiting the model itself needs a mouse or touch. The Estimate Calculator gives the same price range in a fully text-based flow.
• AI concept images carry a visible label and alt text, but the image content cannot be described in detail.
• Estimate PDFs we email are generated documents; if one does not work with your reader, ask and we will send the same numbers as plain text.
• Older gallery photos may have brief alt text while we finish rewriting descriptions.

Third-party content

Embedded maps, review widgets and links to Yelp, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn are provided by those companies; we cannot control their accessibility, but we choose providers that publish their own accessibility commitments where we can.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We test with keyboard and screen-reader tools when we add features, review this statement at least yearly, and update the date below when we do.
