A firm, line-itemed number tied to a written scope of work — not a vague range. If scope changes, we price the change and get your sign-off before we proceed. No change-order games.

How long will my project take?

It depends on scope: a kitchen is typically 4–8 weeks on site, a custom home 8–14 months from permit to occupancy. You get a phased schedule at contract.

Do I need my own architect or designer?

No. We produce architectural plans and structural engineering in-house and carry them through city submittal and approval, so design and construction never fall out of sync.

What should I do first after water or fire damage?

Accepted Answer

If safe, stop the source, keep people out of unstable areas, photograph everything, and call your insurer and us. Don't discard anything before it's documented.
