Agreement

These terms govern your use of id-builder.com and its tools, operated by ID-Builder Construction LLC (“ID Builder,” “we,” “us”), 36058 21st Lane South, Federal Way, WA 98003. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site — you are always welcome to call us instead.

Planning-level tools, not quotes

The Estimate Calculator and the 3D Design Studio are planning tools. The ranges they show are based on typical costs for your area and the choices you make; they are not bids, quotes or contracts, and real costs vary with site conditions, permits, design and material prices at the time of construction.

Only a written proposal from us, prepared after a site visit, is an offer to do work — and only a signed contract binds either of us.

AI concepts and drawings

Images marked “AI concept — not a design” are generated by artificial intelligence to help you picture materials and finishes. They are not architectural drawings, do not reflect code, structure or engineering, and must not be submitted for permits. Zoning setbacks and lot data shown in the studio come from public records and curated tables; always verify them with your city or county before relying on them.

Not professional advice

Content on this site — including articles, FAQs, financing overviews and calculator results — is general information, not architectural, engineering, legal, financial or tax advice. Talk to us or to a licensed professional about your specific project.

Your content

You may upload photos, plans and other details to help us understand your project. You confirm you have the right to share them. You give us a limited license to store, process and display that content back to you, to generate your estimate, design PDF and concept images, and to prepare our proposal. We do not publish your content or use it in marketing without your written permission.

Acceptable use

• Use the tools for genuine project planning. Automated scraping, bulk submissions or attempts to bypass rate limits are not allowed.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, that you do not have rights to, or that contains other people’s personal information without their consent.
• Do not try to interfere with the site, its storage or the services behind it.

Our content

Project photography, videos, text, the calculator and the Design Studio are the property of ID Builder Construction or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy our project photos or reuse our content elsewhere without permission.

Third-party services

The site uses services from other companies — mapping and analytics from Google, public parcel and elevation data from government agencies, AI providers, email and messaging providers, and links to review sites and social networks. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their content.

Licensing & service area

ID-Builder Construction LLC is a licensed, bonded and insured general contractor: WA Contractor Reg. IDBUICL776NZ · AZ ROC 361854 · ID Contractor Reg. 2071387 · MT Contractor Reg. 283101. We take on projects in Washington, Idaho, Montana and Arizona. Information on this site about other locations is general only.

Communications

When you submit a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email or text about your inquiry. We do not send marketing text messages, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Disclaimers

The site and its tools are provided “as is.” We work hard to keep information accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted, or that the calculator or studio will fit every project. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ID Builder Construction is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits the warranties or protections in a signed construction contract or under Washington consumer-protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts serving King County, Washington. Disputes about a construction project are governed by that project’s contract.
