Bellevue Block Wall
A new reinforced CMU (cinder block) wall along a hillside side-yard in Bellevue, Washington — roughly 200 linear feet of footing excavation, formed and rebar-tied footings, grouted block, and slope stabilization to hold back the grade and square up a tight side yard. Built in 8 working days.

The challenge
Bellevue's wet, sloped lots put real pressure on a side-yard wall. We trenched to bearing along roughly 200 feet, tied continuous steel, and grouted the block solid — stabilizing the cut slope with membrane and drainage so the finished wall holds the grade and squares up a once-muddy side yard, start to finish in just 8 days.
