Full Home Remodel in Scottsdale, AZ
How the job started, what our in-house crew built, and how it turned out.
01Site & challenge
This Scottsdale ranch home was dated and packed to the walls: closed-off rooms, worn floors, a tired kitchen, bathrooms that had not been touched in decades, and a yard that had gone patchy and brown. Beyond the clutter, the plan itself was the problem — partition walls chopped the main living space into small, dark rooms. The owners wanted a bright, open, move-in-ready home inside and out, delivered turnkey. Because we self-perform every trade, opening walls did not trigger a scramble for a plumber or electrician; our own crew was already scheduled.
02What we built
We gutted the interior, removed the partition walls that closed off the living space, and hauled off the old finishes and cabinetry. New wide-plank luxury vinyl flooring runs throughout under fresh drywall and paint. The kitchen was rebuilt with white shaker cabinets, quartz counters, a marble-look backsplash, and stainless appliances; both bathrooms were rebuilt in marble-look tile with herringbone shower pans, LED mirrors, and new vanities. A laundry closet gained a stacked washer and dryer. Outside, the home received a full exterior repaint, a regraded lot with new turf and decorative gravel, and a cleaned-up covered patio with painted beams. The scope ran through our kitchen and bathroom, renovation, flooring, and painting services.
03Outcome
From dated and cluttered to bright and move-in ready: a complete transformation delivered as a turnkey home, permitted through the City of Scottsdale and Maricopa County — the kind of whole-house remodel our Scottsdale office handles across the Valley.
